COMMENTARY

My sincere attempts to translate these Tamil songs into English prose (or text) taught me many new words in English and Tamil.

"Ei Suzhali" song made me realize that I should not cross my "ENGLISH TEACHER" line and try to become an English Poet.

அறிமுகம் - இந்த பாடல்களை ஆங்கிலத்தில்  உரைநடையாக மொழிபெயர்ப்பு செய்வதே எனக்கு ஒரு பெரும் சவாலாக இருந்தது. கவிதையாக மொழிபெயர்ப்பு செய்ய என் அறிவு போதாது !

இதை செய்யும் முயற்சியில் நான் பல புதிய ஆங்கில மற்றும் தமிழ் வார்த்தைகளை கற்க உதவி புரிந்தது.

இந்த மொழிபெயர்ப்பு, நான் ஆங்கில ஆசிரியர் என்ற கோட்டை தாண்டக்கூடாது என்று உணர்த்தியது.

இவை அனைத்தும் 18 வயது அடைந்தவர்கள் படிக்க உருவாக்கப் பட்டது.

My road accident and how Ms. Shivani gupta inspired me என் சாலை விபத்தும் ஷிவானி குப்தா எனக்கு கொடுத்த பெரிய ஊக்கமும். -- -- .. ONLINE ENGLISH CLASSES   through TAMIL / ஆன்லைன் ஆங்கில பயிற்சி ..  I am indebted to Ms. Shivani Guptha, a wheelchair confined lady, who gave new energy to my life in May 2007. /  ஒரு சக்கர நாற்காலியுடன் தன் வாழ்க்கையை கழிக்கும் ஷிவானி குப்தா, மே 2007~இல் எனக்கு ஒரு பெரிய ஊக்கத்தை கொடுத்தார். அதற்காக நான் அவருக்கு நன்றிக்கடன் பட்டு உள்ளேன். Friends, On 12th April 2007 at 9.30 pm I met with a road accident. I had two fractures, one on my right leg and another on my right hand . /  நண்பர்களே, ஏப்ரல் 12 ஆம் தேதி 2007 அன்று இரவு  9.30 மணியளவில் நான் ஒரு சாலை விபத்தை சந்தித்தேன். அதில் எனக்கு இரண்டு எலும்பு முறிவுகள் ஏற்பட்டது. என் வலது காலில் ஒன்று, என் வலது கையில் மற்றொன்று.
