பெங்களூருவில் புத்தாண்டுக் கொண்டாட்டம் நடந்த சமயம் அது. இருட்டாக இருக்கிறது. பக்கத்தில் ஒரு பெண் இருக்கிறாள். இதை விட வேறு என்ன சந்தர்பம் வேண்டும் என பாய்ந்தது ஒரு கூட்டம்.
In Bangalore it was New Year eve and celebration time. This incident happened during that time. It is dark, there is woman nearby. It was seen as an opportunity. And a crowd targetted the women to misbehave.
அங்கிருந்த சி.சி.டி.வியில் பதிவான காட்சிகள் நாடு முழுவதும் பரவியதில் பெங்களூருக்கு கெட்ட பெயர்.
The video footage recorded on the nearby CCTV about the incident was telecast in all the TV CHANNELS across rhe country. And following this Bangalore earned a bad name.

According to that report, Coimbatore is the best city for ladies to live peacefully.

And Chennai got second place.
And Trichy got fifth place.
