ஐஸ்கிரீமை குளிர்பதன பெட்டி யில்இருந்து வெளியே எடுத்து சாப்பிட ஆரம்பிக்கும்போதே உருகி வழிய ஆரம்பித்துவிடும்.

An ice cream will start melting the moment you take it out of a freeze and start eating it.

 இதனால், ஐஸ்கிரீமை மக்கள் வேகமாக சாப்பிடுவார்கள்.

Therefore people will eat ice creams very fast.

 ஜப்பானில் கனா ஜவா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த விஞ்ஞானிகள் உருகாத ஐஸ்கிரீமை கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளனர்.

Scientists of the Japanese Kana Java University had invented ice creams that does not melt.

அறையின் வெப்பநிலைக்கு ஏற்ப 3 மணி நேரம் ஆனாலும் இந்த ஐஸ்கிரீம் உருகாது.

Depending on the room's temperature, it will not melt for 3 hours.

இந்த தக வலை ‘தி டைம்ஸ்’ பத்திரிகை தெரி வித்துள்ளது.

ஐஸ்கிரீம் மீது ஹேர் டிரையர் மூலம் வெப்பமான காற்றை விஞ் ஞானிகள் 5 நிமிடங்களுக்கு வீசச் செய்தும் ஐஸ்கிரீம் உருகவில்லை.

The scientists blew hot air from the hair drier for 5 minutes. In spite of this, it did not melt.

 பாலிபினால் என்ற திரவத்தை விஞ்ஞானிகள் ஐஸ்கிரீமில் ஊசி மூலம் செலுத்துகின்றனர்.

The scientists inject a lliquid, POLYPYENOL  into the ice cream with a syringe.

அந்த திரவம்தான் ஐஸ்கிரீமை உருகாமல் தடுக்கிறது என்று கனாஜவா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பேராசிரியர் ஒருவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Scientists of the Japanese Kana Java University  say that it is that liquid which prevents the ice cream from melting.

இந்த ஐஸ்கிரீம் சாக்லெட், வானிலா, ஸ்ட்ராபெர்ரி ஆகிய நறுமணங்களில் வருகிறது.

This ice cream comes in the following flavours ... vannila, strawberry, chocolate.
