If your weight exceeds this, then you can follow the tips that I had given here.
Please avoid eating snacks especially that are stored in packets. Also avoid cool drinks, chocolate, ice cream and biscuits.
Eat plenty of vegetables that have lot of fibre.
Go to sleep in the night after one hour of finishing your dinner.
Instead of drinking cold water, try to drink warm water.
While you are free instead of engaging yourself in sedentary activities like watching TV programmes or playing games in the mobile phone better go out and engage yourself in sports activities that fully involves your body muscles.
Daily go for walk for 30 minutes either in the morning or in the evening.
Remember that you can't reduce your body weight overnight. So do all of these with in proper limits.
