16 வயதில் 11-ம் வகுப்பைத் தொடர விரும்பாத ‘ட்ராப் –அவுட்’ மாணவர்.

He dropped out of school when he was 16 years old. At 19 years, he became a Two Wheeler mechanic. At 20 years, he was a businessman. At 24 he was a bike racer.

19 வயதில் டூ வீலர் மெக்கானிக். 20 வயதில் தொழில் அதிபர். 22 வயதில் சினிமாவில் கதாநாயகன்.  24 வயதில் பைக் பந்தய வீரர்.

He got his backbone injured while he  participated in an inter state bike race.

மாநில அளவிலான பைக் பந்தயம் ஒன்றில் பங்கேற்றபோது, நேர்ந்த விபத்தில் அஜித்தின் முதுகெலும்பு முறிந்துபோனது.

But till date Ajith had never lost his self confidence.

ஆனால், இன்றுவரை தனது தன்னம்பிக்கையைக் கைவிட்டதில்லை அஜித்.

3. He ventured to ride his father's bike that both his elder brother and younger brother feared to touch.

அஜித்தின் அண்ணனோ (அனூப் குமார்), அவருடைய தம்பியோ (அணில் குமார்) தொட விரும்பாத அப்பாவின் பைக்கைப் பள்ளி நாட்களில் துணிவுடன் எடுத்து ஓட்டுவார் அஜித்.

After completing tenth standard, he underwent a one year diploma training as a bike mechanic.

பத்தாம் வகுப்புக்குப் பின்னர் என்ஃபீல்டு நிறுவனத்தில் இருசக்கர வாகன மெக்கானிக்காக ஒரு வருடம் பயிற்சி பெற்று, டிப்ளமோ பெற்றார்.

Following this, his craze on bike racing increased further.

அப்போது பைக் பந்தயம் மீதான ஆர்வம் மேலும் அதிகரித்தது.

At this time, he got a job at Erode, in a textile institution.

இந்த நேரத்தில் ஈரோட்டில் உள்ள ஒரு ஆயத்த ஆடை நிறுவனத்தில் அவருக்கு வேலை கிடைத்தது.

With the experience he gathered there for 4 years, he started a Textile Processing Unit.

அங்கே நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் பணிபுரிந்த அஜித், கிடைத்த அனுபவத்துடன் ‘டெக்ஸ்டைல் புராசஸிங்’ துறையில் சொந்தமாகத் தொழில் தொடங்கினார்.

However, he met with a loss.

அதில் அவருக்கு நஷ்டமே மிஞ்சியது.

Then he got a few modelling chances including one for the MIAMI CUSHION, footwear. It was a breather.

அப்போது மாடலிங் வாய்ப்புகள் கை கொடுத்தன. ‘மியாமி குஷன்’ காலணி உள்ளிட்ட சில விளம்பரங்களில் நடித்தார்.

At that time, a vehicle spare parts manufacturer,  T.I.DIAMOND CHAINs company was searching for a bike racer for their short film.

இந்த நேரத்தில் வாகன உதிரி பாகங்கள் தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனமான டி.ஐ. டையமண்ட் செயின் நிறுவனம், தனது கார்ப்பரேட் குறும்படத்துக்கு ஒரு இளம் பைக் பந்தய வீரரைத் தேடியது.

He got the chance to act in that through a modelling organiser. Ajith acted as a bike racer in that film.

மாடல் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் மூலம் அந்த வாய்ப்பு அஜித்துக்குக் கிடைத்தது. பைக் பந்தய வீரராக அந்தப் படத்தில் நடித்தார் அஜித்.

This short film brought him an offer to act as a hero in the Telugu movie, PREMA PUSHTHAGAM (1993)

இந்தக் குறும்படம் காரணமாக ‘பிரேம புஸ்தகம்’(1993) என்ற தெலுங்குப் படத்தில் கதாநாயகனாக நடிக்கத் தேர்வுசெய்யப்பட்டார்.

Next he acted in his first Tamil movie, AMARAVATHI (1993).

இரண்டாவதாக அஜித் ஒப்புக்கொண்ட ‘அமராவதி’(1993) அவரது முதல் தமிழ்ப் படமானது.

7. Ajith advised his fans not to shower milk on his posters and banners. He requested them to take care of their parents instead.

“எனக்கு கட் அவுட், பாலாபிஷேகம் வேண்டாம்.  அவரவர் அம்மா, அப்பாவைக் கவனியுங்கள்” என்பது தன் ரசிகர்களுக்கு அஜித்தின் கண்டிப்பான அறிவுரை.

At one point of time, he dissolved all his fan associations. He is a rare Indian movie star who had the guts to do so.

ஒரு கட்டத்தில் தனது ரசிகர் மன்றங்களை முற்றாகக் கலைத்த துணிச்சல் மிக்க இந்திய நடிகர் இவர் மட்டுமே.

He could not tolerate he fans indulging in untoward activities. He said he can not be held responsible for their misconduct.

‘அஜித் ரசிகர்’ என்ற அடையாளத்துடன் எனது பெயரைப் பயன்படுத்தி அவதூறில் இறங்குபவர்களுக்கு நான் பொறுப்பேற்க முடியாது என்று சட்டரீதியாக அறிவித்திருக்கும் முதல் நடிகரும் இவரே.

The box office collection of Ajith doubled after he dissolved his fan associations.

அஜித் தனது ரசிகர் மன்றங்களைக் கலைத்த பிறகு அவரது படங்களின் வசூல் இரண்டு மடங்காக உயர்ந்தது.

"Watch my movie only if they are good.  And also watch other actor's movies" advised Ajith.

 “நன்றாக இருந்தால் மட்டும் என் படத்தைப் பாருங்கள். மற்ற நடிகர்களின் படங்களையும் பாருங்கள்” என்று பரிந்துரைக்கும் அஜித், ...

He declared that his job ends with acting and stopped appearing in the promotional events of his movies.

 “எனது தொழில் நடிப்பதுடன் முடிந்துவிடுகிறது” எனக் கூறித் தனது படத்தின் விளம்பர நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு வருவதை நிறுத்தி விட்டவர்.

8. He had built houses to many of his longtime associates including his TOUCH UP Assistants.

தன்னிடம் நீண்ட காலமாகப் பணியாற்றிவரும் ‘டச் அப்’ உதவியாளர் தொடங்கி பலருக்கும் வீடு கட்டிக்கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்.

He takes extra efforts to avoid publicity for the welfare activities he does.

தான் செய்யும் உதவிகள் வெளியே தெரியக் கூடாது என்பதில் மிகக் கவனமாக இருப்பவர் அஜித்.

He had started a TRUST in the name of his parents (MOGINI MANI). He extends help to those who are in a pitiable stage.

தன் பெற்றோரின் பெயரில் ‘மோகினி- மணி’ அறக்கட்டளை தொடங்கி, அதன் மூலம் உதவிகள் தேவைப்படும் கையறுநிலையில் தவிப்பவர்களுக்கு உதவி வருகிறார்.

He had acted in the movie of his ex-manager without claiming any remuneration for that.

தனது முன்னாள் மேனேஜருக்கு ஊதியம் வாங்காமல் படம் நடித்துக்கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்.
