Happiness is not a simple goal, but is about making progress, when it's as elusive as ever.

மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருப்பது என்பது   ஒரு சுலபமான காரியம் அல்ல. எல்லா  விஷயங்களுமே எப்போதுமே மழுப்பலாக குழுப்பமாக இருக்கும் போதும் சிறு சிறு முன்னேற்றம் அடைந்து கொண்டே இருப்பது தான் அது.

Being happy often means continually finding satisfaction, contentment, a feeling of joy, and a sense that your life is meaningful during all kinds of problems.

மகிழ்ச்சி என்பது வாழ்க்கையில் அனைத்து வகையான பிரச்சினைகள் உங்களை அழுத்தும் போதும், தொடர்ச்சியாக அதில் திருப்தி மற்றும் சந்தோஷம் காண்பது தான். மேலும் உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையிற்கு அர்த்தம் உள்ளது என்று உணர்வது.

Happiness does not depend upon finding ease or comfort.

மகிழ்ச்சி என்பது எளிதாக வாழ சொத்து சுகங்களை தேடி பிடித்து பிறகு அது கிடைத்த பின் அடைவது அல்ல.
